Wilson, R.E.H.S. <br />Margaret Lagorio, R.E.H.S. <br />Robert McClellon, R.E.H.S. <br />Mark Barcellos, R.E.H.S. <br />The application permit to upgrade this site with two new Philtite EVR 8500 spill buckets <br />and add dispenser containment sensors in # 1,2,& 3,4 dispenser pans has been approved <br />with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the local Fire Department, and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for applicable permits. <br />2. Develop a site health and safety plan. <br />3. Have a certified tank tester perform a tank integrity test once the work has been <br />completed. Submit test results within ten days of testing. <br />4. New drop tubes must satisfy overfill prevention requirements as stated by <br />California Code of Regulations section 2535(b) 2. <br />5. All installed monitoring equipment shall be compatible with current monitoring <br />panel and installed in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and <br />instructions. <br />6. Schedule all inspection appointments 48 hours in advance. <br />7. Spill buckets must pass a 30 -minute lake test, or approved equivalent. <br />8. Contact San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District to ensure proper spill <br />bucket and drop tube compatibility. <br />9. An inspection must be scheduled in order to verify proper drop tube placement for <br />the overfill prevention and to witness the functionality of the dispenser sensors. <br />10. All installations must follow manufactures instructions and recomendations. <br />11.
