Defendant with actual or constructive luiowledge of this Injunction, only in so far as they <br />are doing business in the State of California, in the course of Defendant's GAS STATION/FOOD <br />MART activities, are pursuant to California Business and Prof ssions Code, section 17204 hereby <br />permanently enjoined from: <br />a. Violating Health and Safety Code section 25100 et seq., described in paragraph <br />1�� <br />6. Defendant shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($4,000.00), <br />as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Health and Safety Code §25299. Said payment shall be made <br />pay,ib_Le to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DISTRICT-- <br />ENVIRONTNIENTAL HEALTH DIVISION TRUST. Said payments shall be delivered to the San <br />Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, as follows: <br />a. $2,000.00 on or before March 14, 2012 <br />b. $2,000.00 on or before March 14, 2013 <br />7. Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the sum of FOURTHOUSAND DOLLARS <br />($4,000,00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 17206., <br />Saidpayments shall be gmigadc payable to the "IREASURER OF SAW JOAQUIN COUNTY and <br />delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions <br />Unit, as follows: <br />a. $2,000.00 on or before March 14, 2012 <br />b. $2,000.00 on or before March 14, 2013 <br />S. Defendant shall be penalized, as for civil penalties, pursuant to Business and Professions <br />Code sections 17200 et seq., in addition to penalties set forth in paragraphs 6 and 7.
