Grant Line Road, Tracy California <br /> Your application for permit to install new under dispenser containment, turbine and fill/vapor <br /> sumps and spill buckets at the above location has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District <br /> for applicable permits. <br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. All new <br /> submittals supercede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Both primary and secondary pipes shall bear a UL label. <br /> 4. All pipe fittings and connections shall bear a UL label. <br /> 5. All monitoring systems shall be listed on the LG 113-16. <br /> 6. All testing shall be in compliance with manufacturer's instruction, section 2635 and section <br /> 2636 of California Code of Regulations (CCR). <br /> 7. Automatic pump shutdown must satisfy CCR 2636(g). <br /> 8. All piping must slope to a containment sump with an audible/visual alarm. <br /> 9. All equipment in contact with backfill must be corrosion protected. <br /> 10. Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2). A ball float, located within a secondary <br /> containment with a non-discriminating sensor, will be set at 90%. <br /> 11. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br /> a. Witness soil sampling <br /> b. Primary and Secondary piping <br /> c. 24 hour lake test on dispenser pans and sumps <br /> d. Final inspection <br /> 12. All inspection appointments must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. <br /> 13. Accurate and drawn-to scale-as-built plan must be submitted to EHD prior to the final <br /> inspection. <br /> 14. A complete monitoring and response plan must be submitted prior to the final inspection. <br /> 15. All lines and tanks shall be tested for tightness (once facility is in operating condition), in <br /> accordance to manufacturer's guidelines by a licensed tank tester and results received prior <br /> to the final inspection. <br /> 16.
