Grant Line, Tracy <br />The permit application to expose the product lines for the exploration of a leak has been <br />approved with the following conditions: <br />1. A complete description of work performed must be submitted prior to scheduling <br />the final inspection. <br />2. If any piping is to be repaired or replaced Environmental Health must be notified <br />so that an inspection can be arranged and parts can be approved prior to <br />commencing work. Per Environmental Health assessment of findings, new plans <br />and a permit application may be required to be submitted. <br />3. Soil sampling may be necessary per Environmental Health assessment. <br />4. A line integrity test on the primary and secondary piping of all exposed lines must <br />be performed by a certified technician and results received by this office prior to <br />scheduling a final inspection. <br />5. If concrete is broken near the underground storage tank a tank integrity test must <br />be performed by a certified tank tester. <br />6. Arrange a final inspection with this office prior to returning this station into full <br />service.
