Contact the fire department for any applicable permits. <br />2. A soil sample is to be collected and analyzed under each dispenser as indicated in <br />the attached minimum verification analysis. Analytical results shall be submitted <br />to Environmental Health Department (EHD) directly from the lab. <br />3. If the backfill material and soil is found to be contaminated it must be disposed of <br />at an approved disposal location. Treatment of soil onsite can only be performed <br />under a hazardous waste treatment permit. <br />4. The overfill prevention system must satisfy 2635(2). <br />5. To qualify for the annual line tightness test exemption this station must satisfy <br />CCR 2636(g). <br />6. All pipe lines shall be tested for tightness, in accordance to manufacturer <br />guidelines, by a licensed tank tester. Results are to be submitted to EHD prior to <br />scheduling the final inspection. <br />7. All underground storage tanks must be tested for tightness, in accordance to <br />manufacture guidelines, by a licensed tank tester. Results are to be submitted to <br />EHD prior to scheduling the final inspection. <br />8. Allow 48 hour advance notice for all inspections. Contact EHD for the following <br />inspections: <br />a. Soil sampling below each dispenser. <br />b. Pressure test on primary and secondary piping. <br />c. 24-hour lake test on new fill/vapor sumps and dispenser pan sumps. <br />d. Final inspection. <br />9.
