Date: May 13, 1998® <br />E <br />WRITTEN MONITORING PROCEDURES <br />UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK MONITORING PROGRAM <br />This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at all times. The information on this monitoring program are <br />conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify County of San Joaquin O.E.S. within 30 days of any <br />changes to the monitoring procedures, unless required to obtain approval before malting the change. Describe the frequency of performing the monitoring: <br />Tank Continuous Electronic Monitoring <br />Piping Continuous monitoring/ electronic Line Leak Detector Annually all product line <br />are pressure tested. <br />B. What methods and equipment, identified by name and model, will be used for performing <br />the monitoring: <br />Tank GILBARCO annular space monitor and electronic inventory reconciliation for the <br />product tanks. <br />Piping RONAN X76 LVC, EL-LPM line pressure sensor <br />C. Reporting Format for monitoring: <br />Tank: A written monitoring log. <br />Piping: A written monitoring log and annual certification <br />F. Describe the preventative maintenance schedule for the monitoring equipment. Note: <br />Maintenance must be in accordance with the manufacturers' maintenance schedule <br />but not less than every 12 months. <br />The monitoring systems shall be certified annually in accordance with manufacturers <br />recommendations <br />G. Describe the training necessary -for the operation of UST system, including piping, and <br />the monitoring equipment: The operators receive initial and annual refresher training in <br />accordance to the manufacturers recommendations Refer to the stations H,S&E green <br />binder.
