Please sign all 3 copies of the HMMP where flagged and indicated with a "X" as well <br />as the Acknowledgement of Receipt below. <br />2. Return the 2 copies marked "AGENCY" and "SHELL" and the Acknowledgement of <br />Receipt to your Shell Representative. <br />3. Keep the "DEALER" copy in your Green Book with your existing HMMP. <br />This package must be returned to Ms. Aura Mattis at Shell Oil Company within 30 days of the <br />above date.
