Inspections and Records <br />A. The required inspections follow written procedures. YES <br />B. The written procedures and a record of inspections, signed by <br />the appropriate supervisor or inspector, are attached. YES <br />Discussion: Following are the written inspection procedures• <br />1. Daily: A. Manager to record tank inventories and dispenser <br />meter readings and reconcile differences between them <br />2. Weekly: A. Manager will inspect all accessible piping <br />systems and dispensers. <br />3. Annual: A. Shell Oil Company will audit facility inventory <br />records annually. <br />B Shell Oil Company will test line leak detectors <br />Pressure test products lines and check impact <br />valves annually. <br />Daily inventory records and records of the annual audit and leak <br />detectors/line/impact valve test will be kept at the facility <br />with the SPCC plan. <br />10. Personnel Training and Spill Prevention Procedures <br />A. Personnel are properly instructed in the following: <br />(1) operation and maintenance of equipment to prevent oil <br />discharges, and YES <br />(2) applicable pollution control laws, rules, and <br />regulations. YES <br />Describe procedures employed for instruction: Shell Oil Company <br />Provides manager with training and spill prevention procedures <br />information. The manager assures that facility personnel are <br />Properly instructed in proper operation of facility eguipment <br />(See HMMP Plan on file at station.) <br />B. Scheduled prevention briefings for the operating personnel are <br />conducted frequently enough to assure adequate understanding of <br />the SPCC Plan.
