Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for applicable <br /> permits and requirements <br /> 2. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to commencing work. <br /> 3. Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2). <br /> 4. All equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. <br /> 5. Western Fiberglass sump will be used per phone conversation with Jonathan Ramos on October 13, <br /> 2003. <br /> 6. Contact Steven C. Shih at(209)468-9850 to arrange inspection appointments; 48-hour notice for <br /> inspection appointments is required. <br /> 7. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br /> 1. 24 hour lake test on secondary containment. <br /> 2. Final inspection. <br /> a. A third party certified tank integrity test must be performed and results received prior to <br /> scheduling the final inspection. <br /> b. Submit an As-Built plan to EHD at the time of the final inspection. Note: A final <br /> inspection will not be performed unless the as-builts are submitted. <br /> 8. Secondary containment systems installed on or after January 1, 2001 shall be tested upon installation, <br /> 6 months after installation,and every 36 months thereafter;result shall be received by this office <br /> within 30 days of the completion of the test. <br /> 9.
