Or is it the full fledged <br /> paperwork with: <br /> 1- Business Identification Form <br /> 2- UST Form A and Form B <br /> 3- Certificate of Financial Responsibility <br /> 4- HMBP, Monitoring and Response Plan <br /> There have been no equipment changes and no site plan changes from what is <br /> already in existence. Also, they do not have much information as the previous <br /> owner(Shell Corporation) removed the paperwork for the Permit to Operate when <br /> they completed escrow.
