Is it a simple letter on letterhead informing the change of ownership, the site names and <br /> the site address?Or is it the full fledged paperwork with: <br /> 1- Business Identification Form <br /> 2- UST Form A and Form B <br /> 3- Certificate of Financial Responsibility <br /> 4- HMBP, Monitoring and Response Plan <br /> There have been no equipment changes and no site plan changes from what is already in existence.Also,they do not <br /> have much information as the previous owner(Shell Corporation) removed the paperwork for the Permit to Operate <br /> when they completed escrow.We have visited the sites to perform the DO Inspection for them, and have noted the <br /> removal of paperwork, including past results. <br /> The site list is attached for your reference. <br /> 7/21/2010 <br />
