Grant Line Road, Tracy, CA for testing completed on May 31, 2017. Items 121 and 301 have been added
to the inspection report. Please complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the
Environmental Health Department (EHD) with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be
taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the amended inspection
report. Please respond to confirm receipt of this email. (The original inspection report and photos taken during the
inspection have also been appended.)
On April 12, 2017, secondary containment testing was performed at the Grant Line Shell facility by ABLE Maintenance
and most of the components that were tested failed. To date, the failed components have not been repaired/replaced
and attempts by the EHD to find out why these repairs have not been made, have been to no avail. Immediately have a
property licensed, trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the failed components and submit the test results
to the EHD.
Thank you.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209) 468-9852
Email: vmccartney(aD-sjcehd.com
