containment for the filters under permit and inspection by the EHD.
The April 12, 2017 secondary containment test results indicate failures of the following componenets:
documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST
Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer (if
applicable), and the Owner Statement of Designated Operator Compliance. The UST Owner/Operator: Written
Agreement, if applicable, can be stored at the facility or uploaded into CERS.
Note: When they fail, the 87, 89, and diesel spill buckets shall be replaced with a spill bucket that has a minimum
capacity of 5 gallons, is protected from galvanic corrosion, and has either a drain valve which allows drainage of
the collected spill into the primary container or provides a means to keep the spill container empty pursuant to
CCR, Title 23, section 2635(b)(1).
Note: Sensor testing, sensor out, power out, positive shutdown, and sensor set up were conducted by the
technician while on site, but were not observed. The ball floats were unable to be verified on site because the
caps won't open.
