No person may own or operate an UST unless a permit for its operation has been issued by the local agency to the owner or operator of the UST system. FGotll11Ett � . . _ OBSERVATIONS:Secondary containment testing was last performed on April 15,2014 and was due by April 2017 and the tank annulars were not tested. Testing has not been completed and is 12 months past due. Secondary containment testing is required once every 36 months. Immediately schedule this test and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. This is a Class II violation. OBSERVATIONS:An inspection was last done on March 21, 2017 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted within 30 days of receiving the inspection report. This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. This is a repeat violation, Class II.
