Box 31465 <br />Stockton, CA 31465 <br />Re: Tulare Farms, LLLP SR0067781 <br />2771 E French Camp Rd, Manteca, CA <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br />the application for a permit to remove the existing Tank Guard system and install Veeder-Root <br />TLS -300C and two Veeder-Root interstitial sensors on the underground storage tank (UST) <br />system at the above noted address. The permit has been approved with the following <br />conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Elena Manzo at (209) 953-7699 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br />aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br />approval. <br />a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system for all sensors must <br />be verified to ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements <br />of Title 23 California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. A copy <br />of the alarm history shall be printed prior to performing the "cold start" of the <br />Veeder Root system and made available at the time of EHD inspection. <br />4. Since concrete will be broken near the existing USTs (diesel and regular unleaded), a <br />secondary containment test must be performed on the USTs once concrete is poured in <br />accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. <br />5. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br />following: <br />a.
