EI Dorado St. Stockton, CA 95206 updated SR0063038 <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br />the permit application to install a new relay on the 87 and 91 underground storage tank (UST) <br />system at the above noted address. Contact Aris Cacapit at (209) 468-3453 to arrange the following inspection appointments <br />(a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that <br />inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br />a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system for the 87 and 91 UST <br />must be verified to ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the <br />requirements of Title 23 California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety <br />Code. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the 87 and 91 UST system prior to <br />the EHD inspection and approval. <br />4. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br />following: <br />a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br />Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), or a <br />Tank Tester's license issued to the individual by the State Water Board, and <br />b. A valid, current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the <br />International Code Council (ICC), and <br />c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) <br />being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br />
