Jack Tone Rd. <br /> The permit to replace the sensor wiring from the monitoring panel to the sensor in <br /> dispenser pan 19 at the above referenced site has been approved with the following <br /> conditions. <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air District for any <br /> applicable permits. <br /> 2. At least one person who holds the International Code Council (ICC) UST Service <br /> Technician certification and manufacturers' certificate of training for all <br /> components installed or tested must be onsite when work is performed. <br /> 3. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training <br /> from the manufacturer of that component. <br /> 4. EHD must witness the functionality of the monitoring system to ensure that <br /> monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of California Code of <br /> Regulations Title 23 and the Health & Safety Code. <br /> 5. The monitoring must satisfy this facility's monitoring plan. <br /> 6. Allow 48-hour notice for all appointments. <br /> 7.
