CUFF PENETRATION LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY <br /> This limited warranty constitutes our responsibility and obligation to repair and/or replace materials or <br /> components.We make no other express or implied warranties or any warranty of merchantability or fitness <br /> for a particular use except for the limited conditional warranty stated below. <br /> 1.CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY <br /> This warranty applies only to materials and components manufactured by Western Fiberglass, Inc.,and <br /> are subject to notifications by the original customer within 24 hours of the first discovery of each cause, <br /> effect or occurrence which may cause any claim under this limited warranty,further: <br /> A. The components manufactured by Western Fiberglass,Inc.be used only for the purpose for which <br /> they were designed,intended,and installed,further: <br /> B. That the use of said components be for the normal uses,service conditions and installations <br /> approved by Western Fiberglass, Inc. <br /> 2. LIMITED WARRANTY <br /> Subject to the conditions herein,Western Fiberglass,Inc.warrants,for the period and conditions below, <br /> that components manufactured by Western Fiberglass,Inc. <br /> A. Will conform to manufacturer's specifications at the time of sale and will be free from defects in <br /> materials and workmanship for ten (10)years from date of original purchase. <br /> B. Will not fail due to external corrosion for a period of thirty(30) years. <br /> C. Will not fail due to internal corrosion in any application designed and used for containment of <br /> materials specified upon original order for the some period,as described in paragraph B.,in <br /> section 2 above. <br /> 3. RESPONSIBILTIES OF USER <br /> A. Installing Contractor must have a current and valid certificate from Western Fiberglass <br /> demonstrating successful completion of Western Fiberglass's Cuff Installation Course. <br /> B. Contractor must file with Western Fiberglass the installation registration card for installation or the <br /> End User may register with Western Fiberglass via e-mail,sales@westernfg.com,or via fax,707- <br /> 523-2046.Registration must be completed within 30 days from completion of installation. <br /> Completion of installation is defined as the day the system is final checked and approved by the <br /> local regulatory agency. <br /> C. Contractor and/or End User is responsible for removal and replacement,in a timely manner,of <br /> any and all fuel dispensing equipment required to be removed to provide Western Fiberglass's <br /> technicians with unrestricted access to the Cuff and the Cuff accessories.This may include,but is <br /> not limited to,removal of the dispenser(s). <br /> D.
