Jack Tone Road <br /> Ripon, CA 9326 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) has completed the review of <br /> the application for a permit to replace O-rings on Blo-Unit#2 and the drive shaft assembly on <br /> Bio Unit#1 of the underground storage tank (UST) system at the above noted address. The <br /> permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones, <br /> 3. Contact Jeffrey Wong at(209)468-0335 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. Post-retrofit inspection to ensure the fuel line is product tight. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot receive fuel In the Biodiesel tank prior to <br /> the EHD inspection and approval. <br /> 4. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br /> a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br /> Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), or a <br /> Tank Tester's license Issued to the individual by the State Water Board, and <br /> b. A valid, current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the <br /> International Code Council (ICC), and <br /> c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the components) <br /> being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br />
