This report does not supersede the May 14, 2014 MSC <br /> and Routine inspection report, where all the violations on the report with the exception of Violation #313 <br /> remains in effect. <br /> 313 (Repeat). The diesel UST (Tank 5 and Tank 4) spill containers failed when tested on May 14, 2014 . <br /> All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or <br /> overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank <br /> until the component is repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under <br /> permit and inspection of the EHD. The spill container components (drain valve, cap) had been cleaned <br /> up and retested during the inspection today, and they passed.
