Please note that the <br /> scope of work doe's not plan to replace any sensors or perform a "cold start" of the monitoring system. <br /> The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Elianna Florido at (209) 468-0343 to arrange the following appointments (a 48-hour <br /> notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that inspection for emergency <br /> work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br /> • Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to ensure <br /> that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code <br /> of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. A copy of the alarm history shall be <br /> printed prior to performing a "cold start" of the monitoring system and made available at <br /> the time of EHD inspection. Verify that all Veeder Root sensor wire splicing is contained <br /> inside respective junction boxes. <br /> • Secondary piping test for all product piping located where the exaction took place: One <br /> hour pressure test for all piping, per manufacturer's guidelines. If there are no <br /> manufacture's guidelines, test shall be performed using an applicable method specified <br /> in an industry code or engineering standard. <br /> • 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on UDC 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, <br /> 29, 30, and 30 satellite. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br /> inspection and approval. <br /> 4. Since concrete will be broken near the 87-octane, 91-octane, auto diesel, and three diesel <br /> tanks, a secondary containment test must be performed on the.87-octane, 91-octane, auto <br /> diesel, three diesel tanks, and any other tanks located where the excavation took place once <br /> concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. <br /> 1868 E.
