In <br /> accordance with the Notice of Violation,Jones Covey Group has performed the following actions: <br /> • Violation 105—JCG has programmed the site's Veeder-Root and probe for the oil water separator to include <br /> high level alarm (90%)and overfill alarm at(95%). Both alarms were tested with passing results. <br /> • Violation 207—JCG has inspected the biodiesel transition sump on 6/16 and found the sump dry with no liquid. <br /> No evidence of leaking was observed, but staining on floor was found and observed to be gear oil leaking from <br /> blender pump. Gear oil has been cleaned. <br /> • Violation 309—Corrected onsite. No further action taken. <br /> • Violation 313—JCG has inspected the biodiesel transition sump on 6/16 and found the sump dry with no liquid. <br /> No evidence of leaking was observed, but staining on floor was found and observed to be gear oil leaking from <br /> blender pump. Gear oil has been cleaned. <br /> • Violation 315—JCG has inspected the sumps on T1-T4 on 6/16 with the following results: <br /> o T1-JCG found liquid and removed in sump that was determined to be diesel leaking from flanges.The <br /> flanges were tightened and no further leaking was observed. Confirmed sensor was on lowest point, <br /> locked and straight. Picture attached.We will continue to observe for any further leaking. <br /> o T2-JCG found liquid and removed in sump that was determined to be diesel leaking from flanges.The <br /> flanges were tightened and no further leaking was observed. Confirmed sensor was on lowest point, <br /> locked and straight. Picture attached.We will continue to observe for any further leaking. <br /> o T3—JCG found liquid and removed in sump that was determined to be diesel and water from leak <br /> detector vent port.Vent port has been re-installed &tightened with no further leaks observed. <br /> Confirmed sensor was on lowest point, locked and straight. Picture attached. We will continue to <br /> observe for any further leaking. <br /> o T4—JCG found liquid and removed in sump that was determined to be water. No leaks were observed. <br /> Confirmed sensor was on lowest point, locked and straight. Picture attached. <br /> • Violation 316—JCG has inspected the biodiesel transition sump on 6/16 and found the sump dry with no liquid. <br /> No evidence of leaking was observed, but staining on floor was found and observed to be gear oil leaking from <br /> blender pump.
