As discussed, I have attached the existing permit with our amendment to <br />address the failed UDC 13/14 test. As well as Issac's Certification List with the Icon certifications clouded for your <br />reference. We will be installing the Icon split boot for this repair. I updated the permit to show this part. <br />I have also attached an email from Holly Marlowe (Pilot Flying J) that states Jones Covey is authorized to perform this <br />work at the above subject project. <br />We would rather just close the existing permit (SROO74799) and not add this repair work to the permit (SROO75219) that <br />is currently under review by you. Furthermore, If it doesn't make sense to put our name on the permit to close it out <br />then we can skip this step. We are looking for the quickest and correct way to close out permit SRO74799 on our end. As <br />soon as we have your approval to perform this work we will schedule it. We are tentatively scheduled to perform this <br />work as early as next week if we can obtain your approval quickly. <br />Please let me know if there is anything more that you need from me.
