The permit has been approved with the following <br />conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Fatinah Zareef at (209) (209) 953-7311 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br />a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br />ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br />California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. <br />A copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior to performing the "cold start" of the <br />Veeder Root system and made available at the time of EHD inspection. <br />b. For the nine dispensers replaced on the auto/RV side: verification that potential <br />leaks in the dispenser piping will drain into the under dispenser containment. <br />c. For the nine dispensers replaced on the auto/RV side: visual inspection for leaks of <br />the reconnected piping in the dispensers. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the biodiesel UST system prior to <br />the EHD inspection and approval. <br />
