Manzo [EH]
Subject: RE: Pilot Ripon
Yes, only the Biodiesel.
Here is a blurp of what we will be doing:
Based on the information we have and the commitments we've obtained this is the game plan:
- all of the dispensers are programmed with hanging hardware installed ready to be mounted on the islands
- tomorrow morning we will take down 4 of the dispensers and install 4 new units
leaving the incon ISD system running on the 5 remaining dispensers, we will install veeder root ISD on the bio
monitor. Once the ISD configuration is complete for the 4 new units and a cold start is required on the bio tank
monitor bio will be taken offline ( unless CUPA allows it to remain in operation until the following morning when
the bio monitor will be recertified by Jones Convey. They are evaluating whether not they will allow bio to
remain in operation during this window.) Please let operations know bio might go offline.
- after the bio certification or overnight if CUPA allows) will then bring the 4 new dispensers into operation and
move the probes from the gasoline monitor to the biomonitor. This will not require recertification of the
gasoline monitor.
- the remaining dispensers will then immediately be taken offline and ISD for the incon will be disconnected
from the gasoline diesel monitor. The EMS monitor is simply polling probe readings from the TLS 350 so that will
not require recertification.
With all the above noted our main question is once we complete the ISD configuration can we run the Bio
system prior to inspection on Friday morning (Are you available on Friday AM for inspection?) to verify all
sensors are working correctly or atleast run the Monitor to operate ISD and leave the Bio off.
Feel free to call me if this email leaves you confused.
Thank You,
Diane Lopez
(559) 688-2977 ext. 3002
From: Elena K.
