The permit has been <br /> approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Elena Manzo at (209) 953-7699 to arrange the following inspection appointments <br /> (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br /> a. Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5-gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic test <br /> (or equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br /> b. Corrosion protection for spill bucket replacement: Verify corrosion protection for direct <br /> bury spill buckets prior to backfilling. <br /> c. Since concrete will be broken near the tank, a secondary containment test must be <br /> performed on the Tank#2 and #3 once concrete is poured in accordance with the <br /> manufacturer's guidelines. <br /> d. Visual inspection for any leaks in the Bio Shed, post flex connector installation and a line <br /> test by a licensed tank tester. <br /> e. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on UDC-14/15 <br /> f. Secondary containment test on Tank#2 and #3 after concrete is poured. <br /> No fuel delivery into Tank#2 and #3 until the EHD final inspection in connection with the <br /> spill bucket replacement. <br /> 4. Secondary containment testing for the UDC-14/15 sump is required six months after <br /> installation. Provide 48 hours notification to the EHD when this test is scheduled. <br />
