Banner St., Lodi <br /> EVR/ISD Upgrade <br /> Scope of Work: <br /> • Install the Healy EVIR system per EO VR-202-H. The facility has existing Healy ORVR, so <br /> the VP-1000's and hanging hardware are existing. The new Healy equipment will be limited <br /> to a Vertical CAS installed adjacent to the existing vent risers, but clear of the existing <br /> underground vent piping. <br /> • Install the INCON ISD system per EO VR-202-H using the "wired-less" flow meters and <br /> pressure sensor. A flow meter will be installed in each of the six(6) existing dispensers and <br /> a single pressure sensor installed in the dispenser closest to the UST's. <br /> • The INCON console will be installed adjacent to the existing Veeder-Root TLS-350 and <br /> interfaced as specified. This work does not require a "cold-start" of the Veeder-Root <br /> console. <br /> • We will perform an Air Quality Pre-Test per EO VR-202-H prior to reopening the facility and <br /> the Final Air Quality within 10 days as required. <br /> Equipment List: <br /> • Healy model 9961 Clean Air Separator—Vertical <br /> • INCON TS-EMS monitor Console <br /> • INCON TS-VFM Flow Meter <br /> • INCON TS-VPS Pressure Sensor <br /> • INCON TS-DTU/P Data Transfer Unit <br /> to i <br />
