The diesel piping sump sensor was raised approximately 4 to 5 inches off the lowest point of the <br />sump and not located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. Monitoring equipment shall be <br />maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest possible opportunity. The technician relocated the <br />sensor to the lowest point of the sump. Violation resolved. <br />310. Liquid was observed in the diesel piping sump. The technician removed approximately one quart of <br />liquid and took the liquid to be reused as test liquid. If water could enter into the secondary containment <br />by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. Ensure that the diesel piping <br />sump is maintained free of liquid. Violation resolved. <br />Notes: Received a copy of updated Certification of Financial Responsibility documents, due to EHD on <br />April 19, 2013. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACtLffY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT END'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />EHD 23-02 I)6v 04/18/12 4/v Page 3 UST INSPECTION REPORT <br />
