Contact the fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air District for any applicable <br /> permits. <br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. All new <br /> addendums supercede the previous ones. <br /> 3. All piping and components must bear an approved third party listing. <br /> 4. At least one person who is certified as an ICC UST Installer/Retrofitter must be onsite at <br /> all times when work is performed on any portion of the UST System. <br /> 5. At least one person who is certified as an ICC UST Service Technician must be onsite at <br /> all times when testing is performed on any portion of the UST System. <br /> 6. Contact EHD for the following inspections at least 48 hours in advance: <br /> a. Testing of new line leak detectors <br /> 7. If concrete is broken near the underground storage tank or piping, the tanks and piping <br /> must be have an integrity test performed once concrete is poured in accordance to <br /> manufacturer's guidelines. Results must be received by EHD within 7 days of returning <br /> the site to operating condition. <br /> 8.
