DEPARTMENT <br />Stephen Boyd <br />Direct Dial Number (714) 771-5484 <br />Cellular (916) 340-4182 <br />Via E -Mail delivery <br />March 16, 2017 <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />600 East Main Street <br />Stockton, CA 95202-3029 <br />Attn: Garrett Backus <br />Re: 7 -Eleven Store No.: 32262 <br />2360 West Grant Line Rd. <br />Tracy, CA 95376 <br />Inspection Report <br />Dear Mr. Backus: <br />The intent of this letter is to respond to the item you noted on your Inspection Report issued to the <br />location referenced above dated 3/3/2017. <br />Item 1: On your inspection report you noted that the store's tank forms needed to be updated in CERS to <br />reflect having drop tube shutoff devices as the sole type of overfill protection. <br />Resolution 1: The stores tank forms were updated on 3/6/2017 and are available for review in CERS. <br />Item 2: During your inspection the 89 turbine relay switch failed to turn off the turbine when an alarm <br />was activated and you requested it be replaced. <br />Resolution 2: The relay switch was replaced by Walton Engineering on 3/7/2017 and a copy of their <br />work order is attached for your records. <br />Item 3: During your inspection you were unable to locate paperwork for a 10/28/2016 L3 alarm, a <br />3/1/2017 L14 alarm, or L15 alarms which occurred on 1/27/2017 and 2/8/2017. <br />Resolution 3: Copies of the work orders related to these alarms are attached for your records. <br />Additionally, copies were forwarded to the store for their records. <br />Item 4: During your inspection you observed the 87 and 89 turbine sump sensors installed at a 45 degree <br />angle and requested they be reinstalled vertically. <br />Resolution 4: To ensure proper placement/alignment of the sensors, fiberglass sleeves were installed in <br />all secondary's at this location.
