The individual performing this work must be Veeder-Root certified and possess <br />the ICC California UST Service Technician Certification. <br />2. EHD must witness the functionality of the monitoring system to ensure that <br />monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of California Code of <br />Regulations Title 23 and the Health & Safety Code. <br />3. The monitoring must satisfy this facilities monitoring plan. <br />4. Allow 48-hour notice for all appointments. <br />5.
