A "Certificate of Compliance for Underground Storage Tank Installation Form C" <br />shall be submitted by the owner or the owner's agent (CCR Section 2635 (d)) <br />before this upgrade is considered complete by EHD. <br />6. The technician must print out a copy of the alarm history prior to performing the <br />"cold start" of the Veeder Root system and have the copy available at the time of <br />EHD inspection. <br />7. All products installed must be certified by an independent testing organization <br />and labeled as required by the organization. (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. <br />See California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Chapter 16 Table B for complete <br />list). For Underwriters Laboratories Inc (UL) listings, only those products <br />bearing the UL mark will be considered listed. Pursuant to UL Inc., any <br />part/product not marked with the UL label will be rejected. <br />8. Update and submit a copy of the Monitoring and Response Plans for each tank no <br />later than 30 days after work is completed. <br />9. Permit expires 90 days from date of approval.
