Date: 10/19/2018 <br />Manufacturer training: OPW, 11/23/18; Incon, 09/09/18 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site to observe and witness overfill protection. Verification of the measurements of the drop tube tubes for the 87 and 91 fill <br />pipe set at 95% capacity. Drop tube calculations were submitted prior to inspection. The drop tube length for the 87 was <br />observed at 74 inches which included the riser height at 57.75 and a 5.5 inch bulk head. The drop tube length for the 91 was <br />observed at 74 inches which included the riser height at 56 inches and a 5.5 inch bulk head. The drop tubes were verified for <br />functionality and passed. <br />Secondary containment testing was observed in all the UDCs using the Incon 15 minute accelerated test. All UDCs passed the <br />test. <br />Note: awaiting lab analyticals for the disposal of UDCs, piping, and soil samples. <br />This facility is approved to operate.A POST SECONDARY CONTAINMENT TESTING IS REQUIRED 6 MONTHS AFTER <br />INSTALLATION FOR THE AFFECTED SUMPS <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
