Contact Aris Cacapit to arrange the following inspections (a 48 hour notice is <br /> required): <br /> a. Verify corrosion protection on#1, 2, & 3 diesel spill buckets. <br /> b. One hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the#1, 2, & 3 diesel spill <br /> buckets. <br /> c. Verify minimum 5 gallon capacity. <br /> d. The test fluid should cover the top joint, and be no less than 1.5 inches <br /> below the top of the spill bucket,regardless of the spill bucket's capacity <br /> for both diesel spill bucket#1, 2, & 3. <br /> e. Test operation of the drain valve of#1, 2, & 3 diesel spill buckets. <br /> 7. If concrete is broken near the UST, a third party tank integrity test and/or line <br /> integrity test(or equivalent)must be performed, once concrete is poured in <br /> accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. Results must be received by the <br /> EHD within seven days of returning the facility to operating condition. <br /> 8.
