Response to Underground Storage Tank(UST)Program Inspection Report dated June 12,2008: Violation. 1. #2 CCR 2637 Most recent 2"d containment tests done 5-27-05. trod containment tests must be done every 36 months. Take all necessary precautions to scbeduk this test to be done per CCR 2637.Scbeduk this test immediately to be conducted by a property licensed,trained,and certified contractor.Submit test results to this office by 7-12-08 or 30 days after test completed The delay in scheduling the tests was attributable to the wrong date of 11/06/06 being entered into our tracking system. This error has been corrected and will not occur again. Tanknology began the SB989 testing on July 9,2008. The testing was expected to be performed over a period of several days. As of July 12,the testing has not been completed. As soon as the testing is completed,the results will be provided to your office,within 30 days of completion. Repeat Violations.- 1. iolations.1. #24 CCR 2638(a)Annual monitoring certification&annual line leak detector test. 2. #26 HSC 25284.2 Annual spill containment testing These tests were done 5-15-07. These tests should be conducted annually(every 12 months). Take all necessary precautions to schedule these tests to be done per CCR 2638(a) &HSC 25284.2.Scbedule these tests immediately to be conducted by a property licensed,trained,and certified contractor.Submit test results to this office by 30 days after tests are conducted Please see the enclosed test results dated June 26,2008. The delay in scheduling the tests was attributable to the wrong date of 6/30/08 being entered into our tracking system. This error has been corrected and will not occur again. Note.Submit the completed `Return to Compliance"cert.,a corrective action statement for each violation,and supporting documents by the above noted dates. Please see the enclosed Return to Compliance Certification and the enclosed annual monitoring certification,spill containment and line leak detector test results.
