Also he stated that if we could produce a certified tech regarding the OPW work other then Nahum <br />that would be acceptable, this is why we are hiring Afford — A — Test, one to get permit pulled ASAP so we can <br />continue to work. Once we get Nahum certified we will get that cert to Aris as well. <br />We just need to get the permit issued so that work can continue in a speedy manner.... <br />Thank you, <br />6/22/2011 <br />
