ATEX Directive 94/9/EC approved 6" Maxxum Submersible Turbine Pumps (STP) marked with the <br />following information defining its limits for safe use. <br />® Location Classification: <br />Altoona, PA U.S.A. <br />CE 1180 Ex II2G <br />Ex ds IIA T4 <br />• Certification Number: LCIE O5 ATEX 6120 X <br />2. Special Conditions for Safe Use: <br />• All submerged turbine pumps, manifolds and associated equipment shall be installed in <br />accordance with the manufacturer's Installation, Operation and Service Manuals supplied. <br />• All installations shall provide reliable electrical connection between the pump/motor, frame, pipe, <br />manifold or junction box and the tank structure for both electrical protection and equipotential <br />bonding. <br />• The minimum fuel level shall be set 30mm above the.highest product intake level at the bottom of <br />the pump motor. <br />• Where terminal boxes are used for termination of the cables from the motor and the supply <br />source, they shall be ATEX certified for use in gas group IIA and category 2. <br />• Where a differential pressure switch or transducer is installed, each must be capable of ensuring <br />that the nominated temperature classification is not exceeded. <br />• Fasteners are non metric. They shall be replaced only with identical fasteners. <br />I <br />
