Checked incoming voltages good, <br />Cert # / Type Cert # / Type <br />when unit is reset it immediately goes into same error. Unable to test outgoing voltages. Per Jose Jimenez request (Site GM) <br />removed 91 controller (Newest One) and installed on 87A. Installed old controller from site in 91. When going to calibrate <br />units 87A would not pick up, troubleshot and found when relay kicked in outgoing legs had zero AMP s. The relay would <br />Gary Laskowski <br />kick on then offgoing back into uncalibrated alarm. Found outgoing legs each would have 118 VAC to ground but zero volts <br />Work Performed: <br />across, after several more troubleshooting test it was then determined that motor and possibly the controller were defective. <br />(Include Parts <br />Notified office of findings and to have parts shipped ASAP. Set dip switches to run 87B turbine as a standalone unit, tested <br />Needed) <br />gasoline good and opened site for service. Will return when parts arrive to repair the 87A Master tank. O l /20/14 — PO not in <br />Cert # /Type Cert # / Type <br />kiosk. Disconnected motor leads from controller and ohmed out wiring. Third leg shows an open circuit. Tested controller <br />and was able to get 205 vac phase to phase. Pulled STP and ohmed out motor_ Readings showed continuity on all three legs. <br />Pigtail ohmed out good but Plug Assembly is broken and cannot be secured. Ohmed out wiring from Receptacle Assembly in <br />Discharge Manifold to 1 -box and found one leg open. Receptacle Assembly was in very poor condition and removed in <br />pieces. Contacted office to order replacement plug and receptacle assemblies. Ohmed out wires from J -box to controller with <br />no problem found. Installed new pump motor due to possible damage from single phasing. SIP assemble was reinstalled in <br />Travel <br />tank and secured. Updated Pilot Help Desk (Keith).
