Found leak where the bio discharged into the main line. Removed clamps/gaskets <br />and found that the fittings were not lining up. Thcre was about 3/8' gap. Loosened clamps on other fittings and mounting <br />12202013 6:00:00 PM <br />bolts for diesel meter. Aligned fittings and replaced gasket. Tested and system still had a minor leak. Replace elbow, tee and <br />1.00000 <br />all related gaskets. Loosened piping support clamps as needed to aligned diesel outlet to match up with tee. All clamps were <br />Work Performed: <br />tightened once fittings were properly aligned. Purged air from system Checked for leaks with none found. Configured shut <br />offvalves for bio blending and returned blend controller to service. Cleaned up and monitored for over an hour with no <br />(Include Parts <br />additional leaks.
