Found #13 to have no power, checked INCON ISD Monitor and found to be in a Collection Failure. Placed <br />R20651 -G1 - Gilbarco Printer Cable <br />#13 into manual V/L test mode and ran test, Alarm cleared and V/12s checked good, placed #13 into service. Placed #12 into <br />Stand Alone mode for testing and found when Premium was selected fuel would spray from valve. Tripped premium impact <br />valve and removed blend valve, found stem to be crushed with hole in it. Reinstalled valve and informed GM Jose Jimenez, <br />left Premium grade impact tripped and lei! 89/91 out of order, Diesel and Unleaded are ok to use, will order replacement <br />Work Performed: <br />valve. Per GM check #10 printer, ran diagnostics and found printer dead, checked connections and voltages good, printer <br />(Include Parts <br />defective will order replacement. Ran diagnostics on #8 and found keypad defective, replaced keypad and overlay (Overlay <br />!Needed) <br />Customer Supplied) and rechecked good. Will return with parts to complete work order. 07/15/13 Checked in kiosk. <br />Retumed with parts to finish repairs. Removed defective Digital Valve from # 12 Premium and installed new one, ran pump <br />test checking for leaks and operation, all test good no leaks detected, placed 89/91 back into service on #11/12.
