The generator must ensure <br /> that all employees who handle hazardous waste are thoroughly familiar with proper waste handling and emergency <br /> procedures. Provide proof of training to the EHD for employees whose responsibilities include hazardous waste. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 110 CCR 66262.40(a) Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br /> Copies of uniform manifests for the disposal of hazardous waste for used antifreeze was not found on site. <br /> Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts <br /> used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. <br /> Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit <br /> the missing copies to the EHD. <br /> Rail Terminal Services's manifests number 005863377SKS(2/6/2017)and 006286470SKS(11/28/2017)were not <br /> found on site and P&B Intermodal Services's manifest number 006391606SKS (9/6/2018)was found without a <br /> signed off copy from the destination facility. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed <br /> off by the destination facility on site for three years and have them readily available for review. If the generator did <br /> not receive a copy of the manifest with the handwritten signature of the owner or operator of the facility to which the <br /> generator's waste was submitted within 60 days of the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter,the <br /> generator shall submit a legible copy of the missing manifest,with some indication that the generator has not <br /> received confirmation of delivery. This information shall be submitted to: <br /> DTSC Report Repository <br /> Generator Information Services Section <br /> P.O.
