This procedure shall, at a minimum, include all of the following: <br /> -type of equipment used to process the aerosol cans <br /> -operation and maintenance of the unit <br /> -segregation of incompatible wastes <br /> -proper waste management practices, including ensuring that flammable wastes are stored away from heat <br /> and open flames <br /> -waste characterization <br /> During the inspection, the Union Pacific Manager, Michael Fallon, said this processing would immediately stop. <br /> The aerosol cans are going to be managed as a universal waste. <br /> Aerosol cans were processed and notification of treatment was not submitted to the EHD. Notification shall be <br /> provided to the EHD person or by certified mail, with return receipt requested, before initiating this process.
