Super Store Industries, 16888 McKinley Ave, Lathrop, CA Record ID PR0514244 <br /> 04/029/2019 <br /> PHOTO#28 <br /> A spill was found on the ground beneath a pallet of Seventh Generation hand dish soap (IMG 5699-5707). The spill contaminated a cardboard box on the <br /> ground a box on the pallet containing the hand soap. Facility employees removed the pallet from the area and placed the pallet with the boxes in the area <br /> of the warehouse where items are determined to be salvaged or waste. According to Cameron Burke, an employee who oversees the salvaging area, <br /> damaged leaky chemical items that can not be salvaged are disposed of in the trash without first making a hazardous waste determination.
