'I-hese are dispatched by die Incident <br /> Commander, who is the primary- person responsible for coordinating all emergenq• response <br /> measures. The IC and ICS ream members determine if external assistance, such as die fire <br /> department,or ambulance service is needed. <br /> During an emergent}• ICS team members lu;ii a the audionq, to order evacuations, remove <br /> unnecessary personnel from die emergency area, and: assume general control. Once the building is <br /> evacuated, the IC u-ill determine re-entry to the building. Do not attempt to return to your building <br /> or restart your process unless you have die npproml of the IC. <br /> 3A Incident Reporting <br /> Associates ire required to report nny incidents that occur at Super Store Industries. Incidents include, <br /> and are not limited to: Allegations, near miss, inlun-, tliness, fire/explosion, death, property damage, <br /> spill/release, excursion of regulatory limits, and odor. Supervisors/managers are required to 61l out <br /> and submit an Incident Investigation Report for each incident within 24 hours after the incident has <br /> occurred.
