The 55 gallon drum with oil on the lid has been drained into a barrel and the lid has been wiped clean of any remaining oil residue . Used oil filter has been removed from 5 gallon bucket and disposed of in sealed 55 gallon drum of filters . The absorbent from the 5 gallon bucket has been put into a sealed barrel for absorbent . Violation #403 — Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous waste . The four 48 oz . containers inhabiting used oil without lids, the oil pan inhabiting used oil without a lid, the purple 1 gallon container inhabiting racing oil without a lid and the 5 gallon bucket inhabiting used oil without a lid, have all been drained into 55 gallon sealed oil drum. The saturated rags have been rung out and drained into 55 gallon sealed oil drum and the rags put into a covered metal container for used rags to be picked up by rag service. They could not get us on their schedule immediately but we have provided a service ticket to prove that they are coming and we are on the schedule .
