(Stantec) submits the enclosed Well Destruction Permit Application for the above- <br /> referenced site (the site). The application package included is for four(4) groundwater monitoring wells being <br /> destroyed at the site. The well destructions are being conducted under the direction of the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board. The attached Site Plan shows the locations of the four monitoring <br /> wells (MW-29, MW-30, MW-32, and MW-33).
