The Startup Report discusses the startup of the dual <br /> phase extraction system,which was later shut down due to safety concerns associated with the proposed <br /> excavation activities at the site. The Interim Report,provided as a brief summary,discusses the soil <br /> excavation and pipeline removal and abandonment activities conducted at the site. The L&M OU will <br /> provide a final and complete repbrt by 10 February 2005,as requested in Regional Board staffs <br /> 14 May 2004 letter. <br /> The following are Regional Board and DTSC comments on the First QMR and Startup Report; <br /> 1. The figures in the First QMR that listed conceal ations of constituents detected that quarter differ <br /> from the concentrations listed in the table and analytical reports.
