HERD's synopsis and Data Gaps table Is, <br /> attached to the enclosed memorandum dated February 2, 2005(enclosure). Based <br /> upon a meeting held on January 5,2005 with Regional Water'Quality Control Board <br /> staff, DTSC has identified below a subset of the data needs identified In the anelpsed <br /> February 2,2005 HERD memorandum that should be addressed prior to the startup of . <br /> the Soil Vapor Extraction (SVE)system planned for the Delta View Apartments <br /> (formerly known as Delia Gateway Apartments).and startup of the SVE system in the <br /> undeveloped efes of the L&M CU. <br /> ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATIONIDATA•NEEDED poor to SVE system startup: <br /> Buliat 1 from enclosed memorandum forthe Delta View Apartment area.
