<br /> ❑26. CCR T25.Section 1324(a).A permit shall be obtained from the enforcement agency each time a mobilehome unit is located or installed on any site for the
<br /> purpose of human habitation or occupancy,
<br /> ❑27. CCR T25.Section 1328 The utility facilities for the unit shall be either fully installed and approved or ready for inspection prior to the installation inspection
<br /> of the unit on that lot.The unit shall not be approved for occupancy until all the required lot utilities have been approved.All connections shall comply with
<br /> the requirements of this chapter.
<br /> ❑ Vacant unit must remain vacant until approved by the Environmental Health Department.
<br /> XDue to the existence of identified structural,electrical,plumbing or mechanical violations you must obtain permits from the California Department of Housing and
<br /> Community Development(HCD)and the San Joaquin County Building Division(SJCBD)prior to repair/rehabilitation. Demolition or relocation of the structure requires
<br /> a permit from the SJCBD.Work associated with the septic and well requires a permit from the EHD.
