H&SC Section 18551(a)(1).Prior to the installation of a mobilehome,the owner or licensed contractor shall obtain a building permit from the enforcement <br /> agency. <br /> ❑26. CCR T25.Section 1324(a).A permit shall be obtained from the enforcement agency each time a mobilehome unit is located or installed on any site for the <br /> purpose of human habitation or occupancy, <br /> ❑27. CCR T25.Section 1328 The utility facilities for the unit shall be either fully installed and approved or ready for inspection prior to the installation inspection <br /> of the unit on that lot.The unit shall not be approved for occupancy until all the required lot utilities have been approved.All connections shall comply with <br /> the requirements of this chapter. <br /> ❑ Vacant unit must remain vacant until approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> XDue to the existence of identified structural,electrical,plumbing or mechanical violations you must obtain permits from the California Department of Housing and <br /> Community Development(HCD)and the San Joaquin County Building Division(SJCBD)prior to repair/rehabilitation.
