Provide a statement to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 105 CCR 66262.34(d)(2)No emergency coordinator. <br /> OBSERVATION: A complete modified contingency plan with an assigned emergency coordinator was not posted at <br /> the facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency coordinator or his designee must respond to any emergencies that <br /> arise. Provide a statement to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from 09/20/18, 12/12/18, and 02/22/19 for hazardous <br /> wastes including used oil and aqueous parts washer solution were not found on site during the inspection <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts from 09/20/18, 12/12/18, <br /> and 02/22/19 and maintain them on site.
